COVID-19 Policy

Paperless Billing:
Minimizing the amount of paper that our staff must handle to complete your transactions is one more step we can take to create a workplace that helps ensure their well-being. 

Cronus will no longer be sending out paper bills starting June 2020. You can download the Auto Pay form here.

No Data Caps: With so many people working and educating from home, our company has no data caps policy so there is just one less thing to worry about. 

No Disconnects or Late Fees: Through June 15, 2020, customers in good standing prior to April, 2020, will not have service disconnected or assessed late fees if they contact us directly with a COVID-19 related payment issue. Our care teams will be available to offer flexible payment options and can help find other solutions.

Safety Precautions: In this time of uncertainty, with the COVID-19 outbreak, Cronus is committed to ensuring the health and safety of our staff and customers. Our team is closely monitoring recommendations of the CDC and local health departments. 

Per their recommendations, we will be taking the following safety precautions: 

Daily temperature checks of all staff prior to shift, any staff member demonstrating a high temperature or signs of illness will be sent home encouraging staff to stay home if feeling unwell.

Staff members will be required to wear masks and gloves when working indoors and interacting with customers.

Service Calls: For the time being all service calls and new installations must be by appointment only. We are here to assist you with any issues remotely during this time. Emergency issues needing on site assistance will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

24×7 Network Monitoring: Cronus technology and engineering teams will continue to work tirelessly to support our network operations. We engineer our network capacity to handle spikes and shifts in usage patterns, and continuously test, monitor and enhance our systems and network to ensure they are ready to support customer usage.  

Our engineers and technicians staff our network operations centers 24/7 to ensure network performance and reliability. We are monitoring network usage and watching the load on the network locally, and to date it is performing very well.
