Emergency Fiber Maintenance - Completed
- An upstream provider will be performing emergency maintenance July 1st at 10:00pm to July 2nd at 6:00am. Upstream provider will be replacing damaged fiber optic cable. 50ms switch hit(s) and increased latency may be possible as traffic reroutes. //June 23, 2026 3:25pm EST
Scheduled Maintenance - Firmware / Software Updates
- Cronus Team will be performing firmware and software updates to customer firewall and switches throughout the network. This in turn will lead to intermittent reboots of equipment causing 2-3 minute outages. Firmware and Software updates will be auto updating from 3am - 6am. //July 19, 2025 9:58 am EST
