Firewall Requirements - Voice

If you have a firewall you need to open the following ports in order for voice services to work properly. You need to ensure that the below IP range and ports are open so our servers can properly communicate with the devices:

SIP ALG

Check your firewall that SIP ALG is turned off.  In order for SIP ALG to take effect you must reboot your firewall.

VoIP Traffic

IP Range:  162.252.248.0/22

Port Ranges:  5060, 7000, and 16384 - 32768

Transport Protocol:  Both UDP and TCP

 

Provisioning Server

Server IP: 23.253.155.189 

Port Ranges:  21, 22, 69 (FTP and TFTP)

Transport Protocol: TCP

 

HTTPS Fax Solution (AudioCodes ATA)

Server IP: 104.239.177.119 

Port Ranges: 443, 50, 51, and 52

Transport Protocol: TCP

 

Portal

Server IP: 23.253.155.190

Port Ranges: 443

Transport Protocol: TCP

 

Call Recording Server - When FTP/SFTP'ing Files to Remote Destination

Server IP: 162.252.248.23

Port Ranges: 21, 22 (FTP and SFTP)

Transport Protocol: TCP
