If you have a firewall you need to open the following ports in order for voice services to work properly. You need to ensure that the below IP range and ports are open so our servers can properly communicate with the devices:

Check your firewall that SIP ALG is turned off. In order for SIP ALG to take effect you must reboot your firewall.
