If you are having issues connecting to the internet via WiFi odds are that your WiFi AP needs rebooting. You can remove the cat5 cable on the back of the device for a few seconds and reconnect the cat5 cable to reboot.
WARNING: DO NOT PRESS THE RESET BUTTON BY USING PAPERCLIP. IT WILL CLEAR ALL CONFIGURATIONS AND A TECHNICIAN WILL HAVE TO BE DISPACHED.
You can also unplug the power from the 24v POE brick to achieve the same result.
