If Cronus installed or manages cameras at your business, here is how to see them and how to get recordings.
Viewing your cameras
Camera access depends on the system at your site. If you do not have a login yet, email support@cronusc.com with your business name and who should have access, and we will set up accounts and send viewing instructions for your system. Timelapse users: see Time Lapse — How to Use.
Requesting footage
Retrieving recordings from your camera system is normally your responsibility, and most systems let you review and export clips yourself. If you are unable to do this, email us with the date, time window, and camera or area you need and we will help where we can. Do not wait — recordings are only kept for a limited time before they are overwritten, so export or request anything you need preserved as soon as possible.
